At the time of making your appointment, to help our doctors run on time, please consider what you are expecting from your consult. Please indicate if you require a longer appointment with the doctor when booking online or with reception.
Our appointment slots are fifteen minutes, this allows time to help you with one medical problem, for example chest infection, sore knee or to discuss your results. Please book a longer appointment for more than one medical issue or a more complex issue, such as a new patient, new pregnancy, mental health or travel vaccinations.
If you are unsure what appointment time you will require, please discuss with our receptionists. We make all efforts to run on time, we will take extra time if it is required urgently on that day to care for you.
At times emergencies present that require our immediate and prolonged attention. If there is a delay in you being seen please discuss with our receptionists, they will be able to keep you informed on approximate wait times, offer you an appointment with another doctor or reschedule your appointment.
